The caretaker of the hot spring, Harriett ensures the spring is safe for tourists to bathe in, and at the end of the day, makes sure the spring stays clean. Second only to Jade, she helps the old Pichu manage the village's ceremonies, and her expertise has only kept tourists returning to the village. An easygoing monkey most days, Harriett can turn serious when the moment calls for it, a fact most easily visible when she's on lifeguard duty.

Harriett uses divination to remove impure elements from the spring; she is an expert in the art, but has gained mystical influence as a result. As an affiliate of the Keepers, she often deals with recruits seeking to complete The Trials.
