Greetings, everyone! Once again the town reaches out to all guilds to lend us your support with pressing matters! As you all know, we are in the process of making preparations for our next dungeon expedition, organized, as usual, by the Explorers Guild.

However, while Luke’s crew is busy readying the outpost at Subseed Forest and organizing supplies for the trip, Robin of the Hunters Guild and yours truly are more concerned about the repercussions of the discovery of a new, safer path to my home city back in the desert. We have been holding meetings with the local merchants in order to prepare the city for what might be one of the largest commercial endeavours in Andalusst’s history. Not only that, but the Researchers Guild is also eager to reconnect with our Geoda counterparts. The dungeon routes we have had available until now are… not exactly secure, and this rendered trading research materials and equipment between facilities impossible. This new path might turn out to be just what we need to open up a whole spectrum of new possibilities in all fields of research! How exciting!

…Or such would be the case, were it not for the fact that Andalusst does not happen to be ready to handle an increase in imports and exports of such caliber. We are currently undergoing a massive shortage of trade carts, many of them decommissioned from lack of use or lost after… unfortunate meetings with bandits, so to speak. We now need as many hands, regardless of guild of origin, to help us organize Andalusst’s trade fleet!

The task at hand is to increase the amount of trade carts at the city’s disposal. We don’t care about your methods – you know, as long as said methods stand within the scope of the law! You may head to any of the carpentry shops in town and assist in building new carts, refurbish old ones you may find lying about, or retrieve any that may have been misplaced or "borrowed" by any shady characters, if you can read between the lines. We urge you to take any of the last two choices if possible, as the Explorers Guild is currently demanding high amounts of wood for their own preparations and reserves are beginning to run low. Please bring any recovered carts that have no clear owner back to the Hunters Guild, where Robin will organize them and distribute them to the merchants. If any sly merchant attempts to swindle you out of a cart you have recovered, please, don’t be rash and try to disarm the situation peacefully; I’d rather not have to file extra paperwork involving civilians getting roughed up. Once the task is complete, report to me for your reward of one Star Coin.
